Under the chairmanship of the Vice Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Dinara Shcheglova, the final commission meeting on intergovernmental grants took place.
By the decision of the final commission, 248 Kazakhstanis are recommended for admission to bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs at leading Hungarian universities.
A total of 1,141 people participated in the competitive selection for the «Stipendium Hungaricum» scholarship program.
The final commission included candidates with the highest average scores based on the evaluation of three criteria: the level of foreign language proficiency, the average grade of the education document, and the average score based on the interview results. In case of equal scores, preference is given to candidates from socially vulnerable groups and those from rural areas.
The final decision on awarding «Stipendium Hungaricum» educational grants will be made by the Hungarian side.
JSC «Center for International Programs» is the administrator of intergovernmental grants, accepting applications, and conducting the competitive selection.
It is worth noting that the names in the list are arranged in alphabetical order, and their position does not indicate their priority or imply that the first name is more important or prioritized over the second or any other.
