Conclusion of contract on scientific internship

In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan from October 5, 2022 № 791 "On Approval of the Rules of selection of applicants and scientific internships" the winner of the scholarship within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of the decision of the Republican Commission on the award of scientific internship must conclude a contract on scientific internship by the standard form approved by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education with the administrator.

In accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan from November 29, 2022 № 161 "On some measures of the implementation of the scientific internship program" was approved the standard form of the contract for scientific internship, as well as approved the list of required documents.

List of documents for concluding a contract for scientific internship:

The identity document (original and a copy) of the scholarship winner. The original one must be returned to the applicant after verification.

Certificate of authority for signatory in order to sign the contract for scientific internship on behalf of the employer (sending organization); copies of documents of the employer's details, as well as the employer's bank details.

List of documents for the conclusion of a guarantee agreement:

Guarantor's identity document (or notarized copy).

Certificate(s) of the guarantor's employment, indicating the position, date of employment and income for the last 12 (twelve) months preceding the date of conclusion of the guarantee agreement.

If a guarantor is a self-employed citizen: a document confirming the registration of individual entrepreneurship, as well as income verification document for the last 12 (twelve) months preceding the date of conclusion of the guarantee agreement.

Documents confirming the payment of pension contributions (including a statement from the pension fund) for the last 12 (twelve) months preceding the date of conclusion of the guarantee agreement. In case of the absence of pension contribution accrual for the 12th (twelfth) month, it is allowed to provide a document confirming the payment of pension contributions for the last 11 (eleven) months, if the conclusion of the guarantee agreement is made before the 25th day of the current month inclusive.
