50 EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDYING IN THE XUAR
In 2024, the government of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China is offering 50 scholarship places for citizens of Kazakhstan in programs such as special education (college), bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees. Foreign students will be provided with language preparation.

Requirements:
- Citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Candidates for special education (college) and bachelor's programs must have a high school diploma and be under 25 years old.
- Candidates for master's programs must have a bachelor's degree and be under 35 years old.
- Candidates for doctoral programs must have a master's degree and be under 45 years old.
The scholarship covers the following expenses:
- Free tuition;
- Living expenses;
- Social practice expenses;
- Insurance premiums.
List of documents to be submitted to the JSC "Center for International Programs":
- Citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan application form;
- Copy of passport;
- Educational documents:
- For the “Bachelor’s” and “Special Education” (college) programs – a high school diploma with an attachment or a certificate with an attachment of secondary education, a report card, and a certificate of current academic performance indicating the
student’s average grade for the current year (11th or 12th grade), with a notarized translation into English or Chinese.;
- For the “Master’s” program – a bachelor’s/specialist’s diploma with an attachment, with a notarized translation into English or Chinese. Final-year bachelor’s students must provide a certificate from the university indicating the expected graduation date, certified by the academic department, and a transcript with translations into Chinese or English;
- For the “Doctoral” program – a master’s diploma with an attachment, with a notarized translation into English or Chinese. Final-year master’s students must provide a certificate from the university indicating the expected graduation date, certified by the academic department, and a transcript with translations into Chinese or English;
- Medical certificate for studying abroad, issued by the official health authority of the candidate’s country of residence (Form 072) with a notarized translation into English or Chinese;
- Certificate of no criminal record with a notarized translation into English or Chinese.
Document submission will be accepted until June 19 (inclusive) in person (in paper form and scanned version on electronic media) at the JSC "Center for International Programs" at the following address: Astana, Syganak Street 70, "Syganak" Business Center, 5th floor, office 508.
