BOLASHAK GRADUATES TO BE EMPLOYED AT BOSTON CONSULTING GROUP

A meeting for Bolashak program graduates took place in Astana, where over 70 participants received valuable recommendations and practical guidance on employment opportunities from experts at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), one of the world's leading consulting firms. Organized by JSC "Center for International Programs" and BCG, the meeting focused on key career development stages, trends in consulting, and real employment opportunities for Bolashak graduates at BCG.

The program included a Q&A session with experts, where the path to a successful career in consulting was thoroughly discussed. BCG representatives explained that the employment process involves 3-4 stages, including interviews, and elaborated on which skills and preparations could play a decisive role. Project Leader Georgii Rulev shared his personal story of professional growth, noting that the career ladder at BCG could lead to management positions within 3-5 years of active work.

Founded in 1963, Boston Consulting Group is part of the "Big Three" of global consulting firms, along with McKinsey and Bain & Company. For over 10 years, BCG has collaborated with Kazakhstani enterprises in industries such as energy, finance, and infrastructure, helping clients develop long-term growth strategies through a network of 90 offices in 50 countries. The company employs over 16,000 people, with revenue exceeding $6.3 billion.

In the near future, BCG plans to strengthen its presence in Central Asia by opening branches in Almaty and Astana. This expansion will allow the company to enhance support for Kazakhstani enterprises and develop projects across Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
