JSC "Center for International Programs" and Central Asia’s leading investment bank, Halyk Finance, have signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at supporting the employment of “Bolashak” program graduates in the financial sector.
During the meeting, Acting Chairman of the Board of the Center for International Programs, Arman Ashkin, and Head of Halyk Finance’s branch, Dianra Asambayeva, discussed the details of the partnership. The parties agreed to collaborate on enhancing the human resource potential of Kazakhstan's financial market.
Established by JSC “Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan” in 2004, Halyk Finance is a recognized leader in the Central Asian financial market. The bank holds an international investment-grade credit rating of “BBB-” from Fitch Ratings and offers a wide range of financial services, including brokerage services for private and institutional investors.
Since its inception, the “Bolashak” program has trained over 12,696 highly qualified specialists, including 2,001 experts in finance and economics. Graduates of the program have the opportunity to pursue academic education, professional internships, and scientific research in highly sought-after fields such as financial management, international finance and investment, corporate finance, and risk management at leading universities worldwide.
The signing of the memorandum marks an important step in strengthening the partnership between the education and financial sectors. Through joint efforts, the parties will contribute to the preparation of highly skilled professionals capable of addressing the complex challenges of the modern financial market.
