Chairman of the Board of the Center for International Programs Olzhas Sakenov met with Khairullo Ibodzoda, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan in Kazakhstan. The meeting was held in the format of acquaintance of the two sides.
During the meeting, two sides talked about the competition of intergovernmental grants held in August, provided by Tajikistan and administered by the Center for International Programs.
The grant provides free tuition and a monthly scholarship. The Center conducts an interim selection of applicants and sends them to Tajikistan, the party makes the final decision. To date, 14 people have applied for participation.
Also, the Ambassador supported the initiative to hold an educational exhibition "Days of Kazakhstani Education" in Tajikistan.
