MEETING OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD WITH THE BRITISH AMBASSADOR

Today, the British Embassy hosted a meeting of Olzhas Sakenov, Chairman of the Board of the Center for International Programs JSC, with Kathy Leach, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom to the Republic of Kazakhstan. Representatives of the British Council also attended the meeting.

Issues of cooperation within the framework of the Bolashak program were discussed. To date, 481 people are studying in the UK. 32 universities in the UK are on the list for academic study. Such as Cardiff University, Durham University, Lancaster University, London School of Economics and Political Science, Newcastle University, etc. The most popular specialties among the fellows are "Urban Studies. Architecture. City management. Sustainable Cities", "International Law and Security", "Project Management".

Recall that the fourth stream of receiving documents under the Bolashak program is now continuing. Applications for participation in the competitive selection are accepted online through the portal of public services – eGov.kz .
