Aliya Ospanova, Chairwoman of the Board of the Center for International Programs, recently met with Ruslan Sultanov, Chairman of the Board of the Institute of Economic Research of Kazakhstan, and Adil Kusmanov, Deputy Chairman of the Board and Bolashak program graduate.
The meeting focused on several key topics, including the adjustment of the Bolashak scholarship amount, opportunities for internships at leading international organizations, institutes and analytical centers and the possibility of organizing joint events.
Aliya Ospanova introduced the new Strategy for the Bolashak International Scholarship, which aims to enhance training for the real sector of the economy. This Strategy includes group internships designed to streamline the research process.
Ruslan Sultanov highlighted that several employees at the Institute are Bolashak graduates, with four currently participating in scientific internships under the «500 visiting scholars» program: «The Institute is interested in expanding cooperation with the Center for International Programs within the framework of establishing international relations with the Center's partners. The block on holding seminars and trainings with international experts in the field of economics is also interesting».
The meeting concluded with a discussion on future cooperation and the development of joint projects to advance scientific research and enhance educational opportunities for Kazakhstani students and young professionals.
