Today, the Center for International Programs hosted a delegation from Michigan State University (USA). The delegation included Sinyu Wu, Director of International Professional Programs; Julia Sinclair, Deputy Director of the Office of International Education Research at the College of Education; and Saqil Malik, Senior Advisor for Global Education Engagement at the College of Education»
The parties discussed expanding cooperation in the areas of the «500 visiting scholars» scientific internships and the «Bolashak» scholarship internships. Currently, the university has 3 students enrolled in master's programs, 3 in doctoral programs, 5 in internships, and 21 in research internships. A total of 62 individuals have completed their studies under the «Bolashak» program.
Julia Sinclair highlighted that Michigan State University is renowned for its programs in agricultural sciences, biology, engineering, and mechanical engineering.
As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed to develop a draft memorandum and expand the list of specialties available for internships.
