MEETING OF THE REPUBLICAN COMMISSION FOR TRAINING SPECIALISTS ABROAD HELD UNDER THE CHAIRMANSHIP OF THE STATE ADVISOR

Under the chairmanship of the State Advisor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Erlan Karin, the Republican Commission for Training Specialists Abroad held its latest meeting.

The commission awarded the Bolashak scholarship to 167 Kazakhstanis. Among them, 131 individuals will pursue postgraduate studies, 4 will undertake doctoral studies, and 32 will be sent for internships at leading universities and production centers worldwide.

Of the scholarship recipients, 65% will study engineering, technical specialties, and natural sciences, while the remaining 35% will focus on social and humanities disciplines.

The Commission also addressed the issue of awarding scholarships to scientists for internships at leading research centers worldwide. As a result, 481 applicants were granted scholarships.

Following the meeting, the State Advisor issued specific instructions for the further implementation of the Bolashak international scholarship and the scientific internship program.
