NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR KAZAKH STUDENTS IN AVIATION: INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION

JSC «Center for International Programs» and JSC «Academy of Civil Aviation» have announced the signing of a memorandum of cooperation aimed at developing human resources within the framework of the international «Bolashak» program and the «500 visiting scholars» scientific internships.

The goal of the memorandum is to develop and strengthen cooperation in the field of training, retraining, and professional development of specialists, as well as their employment. One of the most important aspects of the signed memorandum is providing students of the Academy of Civil Aviation with the opportunity to study and intern abroad under the «Bolashak» program.

This will open access for Kazakh students to advanced educational programs and technologies, allowing them to acquire unique knowledge and skills at leading educational institutions around the world. The program includes studying in countries such as the USA, the UK, Germany, and many others. After completing their studies, they will be able to apply the knowledge and experience gained to develop Kazakhstan's aviation industry, which is one of the memorandum's priority tasks.

Arman Ashkin, Acting Chairman of the Board of the «Center for International Programs», noted:
«The signed memorandum will be an important step in strengthening professional ties and opening new opportunities for our graduates, allowing them to gain experience and knowledge at an international level, significantly increasing their competitiveness in the labor market and ensuring employment in leading companies around the world».

«We have opened a master's program at the Academy and trained the first female helicopter pilot. The Academy also has its own training center. We plan to create professional communities and networks of Bolashak program graduates in the aviation field to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience. We also plan to work together to include the aviation field as one of the priority areas of the Bolashak program» shared Aytzhamal Amanzhalova, HR Director of the Academy of Civil Aviation.
