Important information for applicants of the international "Bolashak" scholarship:
You can now provide a QAZAQ RESMI TEST (QRT) certificate or a KAZTEST certificate to confirm your knowledge of the Kazakh language.
The QAZAQ RESMI TEST was developed by the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is available in the QAZAQ RESMI TEST online testing system.
To apply for the "Bolashak" scholarship selection process, you will need an official QAZAQ RESMI TEST certificate with a level of B1 or higher, or a KAZTEST certificate with a level of B1 or higher. Previously, only the KAZTEST certificate was accepted, which could be taken offline in Astana or on specific dates in other cities.
Now with the QRT, it is possible to take the test online, which is especially important for applicants from regions and rural areas.
The QRT was developed for the selection of candidates for the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve and measures all four language skills: listening, speaking, writing, and reading. Test results are delivered to the personal account on the internet portal within two days, eliminating the possibility of forgery or cheating.
KAZTEST and QAZAQ RESMI TEST certificates are also accepted for the "500 visiting scholars" scientific internship program, ensuring equal opportunities for all applicants.
