You became a winner of “Bolashak” international scholarship!
1) Contact the Department of Regulatory Legal and Contractual Support to conclude a contract for the organization of academic education. Consultations on the procedure of concluding contracts by phone: 8 (7172) 76-90-76 (int. 181, 184).
2) After concluding the contract, you should contact your coordinator:
Department of America, CIS and Oceania 8 (7172) 76-90-76 (int. 121, 122, 123, 124, 125)
Department of Europe and Asia 8 (7172) 76-90-76 (int. 131, 132, 133, 134)
3) Send a scanned version of the financial guarantee letter to the university.
4) Obtain visa documents from the university.
5) One month before departure, apply for a payment bank card and provide information about the card account of the international scholarship holder «Bolashak» to the Division of Financial Support.
6) Independently process visa documents.
7) After obtaining the visa, provide a scanned copy of the visa to the coordinator.
8) Submit a request for purchasing an airline ticket to the coordinator.
1) Register with the police (depending on the immigration requirements of the country of study).
2) Obtain medical insurance (depending on the requirements of the country).
3) Register with the Consulate of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the country of study.
4) Within 60 days of the start of the study, provide the coordinator with a study plan aligned with the academic calendar of the university.
5) Follow the study plan and maintain academic performance in accordance with the requirements of the Education Agreement.
6) After the completion of each semester/academic year, submit grades/transcripts to the coordinator.
7) Successfully complete the education within the specified timeframe set by the university.
8) Maintain communication with the coordinator and report any changes.
1) Return to the Republic of Kazakhstan for employment within 30 days after completing the training.
2) Submit a completion statement to the coordinator.
3) Provide the coordinator with notarized translations of the diploma and transcript in either the official or Russian language (for the entire period of study).
4) Obtain a stamp or endorsement in the passport upon returning to the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5) Provide employment information to the Graduate Employment Office every 6 months.
