In 2011, completed studies in "Oil and Gas Engineering" at the Kazakh National Technical University named after K.I. Satpaev. In 2016, graduated in "Law" from the Kazakh Humanities and Law Innovation University. In 2023, obtained a Master's degree in "International Relations" from Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Work experience: At various times, worked as a laboratory assistant at the Kazakh National Technical University named after K.I. Satpaev and as a logistics specialist at "KazGarryshEnergo" LLP. From 2014 to November 2024, held various positions at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (formerly the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan). Since November 29, 2024, appointed Head of the Department of Regulatory Legal and Contractual Support at "Center for International Programs" JSC.
