Born in 1977. In 1999, he graduated from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian University, Faculty of Mechanics, specialising in "Lifting and transporting, construction and road machinery and equipment". In 2016, he received a Master's degree in Economics and Business, specialising in Economics, from JSC Financial Academy of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He started his career in 2000 as Deputy General Director for Processing and Supply in LLP "Agrosector Ardager".

From 2007 to the present, he continues his work at the Center for International Programs JSC, where he holds the position of Head of the Activity Assurance Department.
