Born in 1967 in the East Kazakhstan region. Graduated from the Karaganda State University named after E. E. Gubkin. Е. A. Buketov Karaganda State University on specialities "Mathematics" and "Finance and Credit".

In 1990-1998 worked as a teacher of mathematics.

From 1998-2019 she worked as an accountant, deputy chief accountant, chief accountant in commercial organisations, in the field of agriculture, construction of engineering networks and communications, gas industry and trade.
