Yerkebulan Syrlybai was born in 1990. He graduated from the Kazakh-Turkish Lyceum for Gifted Young Men in Astana. In 2011, he received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from KIMEP University, and in 2012, a Master's degree in Market Business Management from the University of Wales, England.

From 2012 to 2014, he worked at JSC Transtelecom as Chief Specialist in the Corporate Development and Strategic Planning Department.

From 2014 to 2016 he worked in "APEC Petrotechnic Higher College" / NJSC "Kasipkor Holding" as the Head of Commercial Development Department.

From 2016 to 2017 he worked in JSC "DAMU" Entrepreneurship Fund as Assistant to the Chairman of the Management Board.

From 2017 to 2019 he worked in private IT companies as Managing Director/Deputy Director.

From 2019 to 2020 worked JSC "Kazgeologiya" as Head of Project Office.

From 2020 to 2021 he worked at a private IT company in the position of First Manager/CEO.

From 2021 to present own IT projects in the field of business process automation in B2B direction.

Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, English and Turkish. Interested in triathlon, competes for SVteam club in Astana. Astana.
