Born in 1992. In 2014 he graduated from Karagandy Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, Faculty of Accounting and Audit, specialising in "Computer Science and Software". In 2017 he graduated from the Central Kazakhstan Academy with a degree in Law. He started his career in 2014 with youth practice of the State Institution "Office of Akim of Karkarala district", then worked as a chief specialist of the Organisational Department, head of the Civil Protection and Emergency Situations Department of the State Institution "Office of Akim of Karkarala district of Karaganda region". From 2019 to 2022 he worked as a chief expert, head of the Digitalisation Development and Information Systems Integration Division of the Digitalisation Department of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since May 2022, he has been Head of the Department of Digitalisation and Public Services of the Centre for International Programmes JSC.
