He was born on March 31, 1991, in Kokshetau.

He is a graduate of the London School of Commerce, the London School of Business and Finance, and the D.A. Kunaev Eurasian Law Academy.

Overall work experience of more than 13 years in government, quasi-public sectors, national companies and in the private sector at the executive and managerial levels.

His career took place in organizations such as JSC "Center for International Programs", Department of Internal Policy, Akimat of Almaty, JSC "Administration of the Astana International Financial Center", etc.

Speaks Kazakh, Russian, Turkish and English
