She was born on September 1, 1982, a native of Karaganda region.

She has a higher education in economics with a degree in finance and credit (1999-2004. graduated from KIAO "Bolashak"), an international diploma of DipIFR (2014), an international certificate of CIMA (2018 - level P1 and P2). Total work experience of 20 years in quasi-public sector organizations, where she participated in the development of regulatory documentation regulating the processes of financial activities of organizations, engaged in planning and forecasting, monitoring and analysis of budget execution, financial and economic analysis of parent and subsidiary organizations, accounting and reporting, ensuring full accounting and payment processing, formation of management and other reporting.

She is married and has one child.
