Born on February 19, 1973 in the South Kazakhstan region.

Labor activity began in 1994 in the cotton State Farm "Pobeda", Chimkent region.

From 1995 to 2010 - worked in the committee of state property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
