Dinara Sheglova

Vice-Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Chairwoman of the Board of Directors

She was born in 1982 in Semey.

Graduated in 2004 from L.N. Gumilev Eurasian National University with a degree in International Law, in 2007 from the Kazakh University of Economics with a degree in Management, in 2011 from the Kazakh University of Economics, Finance and International Trade with a degree in Information Systems. In 2004-2006, she worked as the chief specialist of the Project Management Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Informatization and Communications.

Over the years, she worked in commercial structures.

Since 2011, she began working at JSC National Information and Communication Holding Zerde as the chief manager of the Department for Monitoring Infrastructure Projects, later she was transferred to the position of director of the Department of the service model of Informatization. In 2017, she was appointed to the position of Managing Director, after which she held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC NMI Zerde.

2018-2019 - Vice Minister of Information and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2019-2020, she has held the position of Adviser to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2020-2023 - Vice Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since November 27, 2023 - Vice Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
