2008-2012 worked in the higher education system as the head of division, deputy director of department, director of department of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2012-2014 – Inspector of State Control and Organizational-Territorial unit of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2014-2017 – chief of staff of mayor of North Kazakhstan region.
2017-2019 – Deputy mayor of North Kazakhstan region. Had overseen the education sector.
2019-2020 – Chairman of the Youth and Family Committee of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2020 -2023 – Chairman of the Civil Society Committee of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
