Was born in 1986 in Almaty region. He has a master’s degree of Charles University in Prague, and a bachelor’s degree of the Eurasian National University named after L. N. Gumilyov.

Currently he works as an Advisor to the President of Freedom Finance Global PLC on digitalization and GR. Concurrently he also is a President of Association of Digital Transformation. In different years he held leadership positions as a member of the Management Board of «Freedom Finance Insurance» Insurance company» JSC, «Zerde» National infocommunication holding» JSC, and managing director of «Astana Hub» International technopark of IT startups» CF.
