You became a winner of “Bolashak” international scholarship!

After receiving the scholarship, you need to follow these steps:

After you have been awarded a scholarship, you need to:

1) Contact the Department of Regulatory Legal and Contractual Support to conclude a Internship agreement. Consultations on the procedure of concluding contracts by phone: 8 (7172) 76-90-76 (int. 181, 184).

2) After concluding the contract, you should contact your coordinator:
Department of America, CIS and Oceania 8 (7172) 76-90-76 (int. 121, 122, 123, 124, 125)
Department of Europe and Asia 8 (7172) 76-90-76 (int. 131, 132, 133, 134)

3) Familiarize yourself with the Selection Rules for the "Bolashak" Scholarship applicants.

4) Write a request to obtain a financial guarantee letter.

5) Send a scanned copy of the financial guarantee letter to the international organization.

6) Apply for a payment bank card one month prior to departure and submit the completed form for the account information to the Division of Financial Support.

7) Pay the consular fee and obtain a visa.

8) Get a visa;

9) Write a request to purchase an airline ticket using the airline ticket acquisition form.

During the internship, all scholarship recipients are required to:

1) Register with the police (depending on the immigration requirements of the country of study).

2) Obtain medical insurance;

3) Register with the Embassy of Kazakhstan and provide the confirming document to the coordinator;

4) Not make changes or additions to the internship program;

5) Complete the internship according to the dates specified in the invitation;

6) Participate in all activities outlined in the internship program;

7) If the internship lasts more than six months, submit an interim report and a supervisor's review;

8) Maintain communication with the coordinator and report any changes.

After completing the internship, all scholarship recipients are required to:

1) Return to the Republic of Kazakhstan to fulfill a 3-year work commitment;

2) Write a statement about completing the internship;

3) Provide a copy of the passport with an entry stamp into the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) Submit a document confirming the completion of the internship with a translation into the official state language or Russian;

5) Provide a final review from the internship supervisor and a report on the internship's results;

6) Provide an employer's certificate to the Department for Alumni Affairs every six months.
