The Department of Alumni Management currently works closely with more than 200 major employers:

More than 39 organizations and companies in various spheres of economy, including JSC «Tau-Кen Samruk» National Mining Company, JSC «Economic Research Institute», RSI «The Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan».

More than 10 foreign companies: PwC, Deloitte, McKinsey&Company.

More than 14 medical organizations: RSE on REM «Republican Center for Health Development», JSC «National Research Center for Maternal and Child Health», «University Medical Center» Corporate Fund, RSE «Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan».

An organization planning to become an employing organization must meet the following criteria:

Have registration on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Not to be in the process of liquidation, bankruptcy;
Procedure for including an organization into the list of employers;
An organization planning to become a partner have to sign a memorandum of cooperation and collaboration;
In order for the JSC «Center for International Programs» to consider and decide on the inclusion of the organization into the list of employers, the organization represented by the Head should prepare an official letter to the Center to be included into the list of employers.

Responsibilities of employing organizations:

The employing organization should:

provide brief information about the vacant positions and send it to sadyk@bolashak.gov.kz;
participate in events organized by the Center and aimed at assisting Bolashak graduates with employment;
to employ graduates in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
