MEETING WITH WORLD BANK REPRESENTATIVES

Today, the Center for International Programs JSC hosted a meeting with a delegation from the World Bank, led by Project Group Head Hussein Abdul-Hamid and Senior Education Specialist Laura McDonald.

The meeting focused on the successful completion of the World Bank’s «Modernization of Secondary Education» project and explored opportunities for strengthening the partnership with the Center for International Programs. SCIENTIFIC INTERNSHIPS «500 VISITING SCHOLARS»: BIOTECHNOLOGY RESEARCH IN THE USA

Akerke Toleugazykyzy, a lecturer at Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University named after S. Seifullin, a PhD holder, and a 2024 scholarship recipient of the «500 visiting scholars» program. She is currently interning at the Center for Science and Education on Anaerobic Fermentation (ADREC) at Michigan State University (MSU), USA. MEETING WITH THE INSTITUTE OF ECONOMIC RESEARCH OF KAZAKHSTAN

KAZAKH LINGUISTS WILL BE SENT TO OXFORD THROUGH SCIENTIFIC

At the Center for International Programs, a meeting was held with Anar Muratovna, Director of the A. Baitursynov Institute of Linguistics. 47 KAZAKH RESEARCHERS AWARDED SCIENTIFIC INTERNSHIP GRANTS

47 Kazakhstanis have won grants for scientific internships in the world's leading scientific and research centers.

The breakdown reveals a strong emphasis on natural sciences and technology, with 28 scholarships awarded in this field (representing 60% of the total).

LIST OF RECOMMENDED KAZAKHSTANI CITIZENS FOR STUDY IN VIETNAM ANNOUNCED

The Final Commission on Intergovernmental Grants held its regular meeting under the chairmanship of the Vice Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

By decision of the Final Commission, 3 Kazakhstani citizens were recommended for undergraduate studies at leading Vietnamese universities.

LIST OF RECOMMENDED CANDIDATES FOR STUDY IN TAJIKISTAN PUBLISHED

The list of recommended Kazakhstani citizens for studying at leading universities in Tajikistan under intergovernmental grants has been published.

The regular meeting of the Final Commission on Intergovernmental Grants was held under the chairmanship of the Vice Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The final decision on awarding educational grants will be made by the host country.
