The «Abai-Verne» Scholarship Program is a joint initiative of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of the French Republic.

The university holds a prestigious place among the top 30 best universities in the USA. Dilara focuses on applied linguistics, systemic-functional linguistics, and multilingualism.
