EDUCATION IN MALAYSIA

A meeting was held at the Center for International Programs with the First Secretary of the Embassy of Malaysia in Kazakhstan, representatives of Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS), and leading Malaysian universities, including the University of Malaya (UM) and Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).

The discussion focused on the prospects for deepening cooperation in the field of education and opportunities for Kazakhstani students. EDUCATIONAL GRANTS FOR FREE STUDY IN VIETNAM

The final list of Kazakhstani students selected for study at leading universities in Vietnam under intergovernmental grants for the 2024-2025 academic year has been published.

The final decision to award scholarships to three candidates for the undergraduate program was made by the host country – Vietnam. We remind you that the Kazakh side had previously recommended six candidates for undergraduate studies at leading universities in Vietnam.

UNIVERSITY OF PITTSBURGH: LEADING PROGRAMS IN ENGINEERING, HEALTHCARE, AND SCIENCE

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS TO STUDY IN CHINA

A meeting took place between Aliya Ospanova, Chairwoman of the Board of JSC «Center for International Programs», and Zhang Xiao, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The main focus of the discussion was on strengthening cooperation within the framework of the Bolashak program, scientific internships, and intergovernmental grants.

MASTERCARD and BOLASHAK: GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS

A meeting took place between Aliya Ospanova, Chairwoman of the Board of JSC «Center for International Programs», and Sanjar Jamalov, General Director of Mastercard in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, along with Asel Abdrakhmanova, Director of Business Development for the Public Sector in Central Asia.

THE LIST OF «BOLASHAK» SCHOLARSHIP AND SCIENTIFIC INTERNSHIP RECIPIENTS HAS BEEN PUBLISHED

By the decision of the Republican Commission on Training Personnel Abroad, 150 Kazakh citizens have been awarded the international «Bolashak» scholarship.

As a result of the second round of awards, 120 individuals will pursue master's degree programs, 6 will undertake doctoral studies, and 24 Kazakh citizens will be sent on professional internships to leading universities and production centers around the world.

STATE COUNSELOR HELD A MEETING OF THE REPUBLICAN COMMISSION ON TRAINING PERSONNEL ABROAD

Under the chairmanship of State Counselor Erlan Karin, a regular meeting of the Republican Commission on Training Personnel Abroad took place.

During the meeting, a decision was made to award the international «Bolashak» scholarship to 150 citizens of Kazakhstan.

Of the total number of scholarship recipients, 120 will pursue master's degrees, 6 will undertake doctoral studies, and 24 Kazakh citizens will undergo internships at leading global universities and production centers.
